Una compilation di Retro Vox, i Tytus e l’heavy metal yugoslavo

Rock’n’Roll Summer Camp Volume 2, compilation dell’omonimo festival estivo, è in uscita il 24 settembre 2021 per Retro Vox Records.

Noi vi facciamo sentire un brano dei Tytus. Si tratta di una cover di “Motori” dei Divlje Jagode, pubblicato nel 1982 e pubblicato da Diskoton. Come diavolo si potesse suonare metal in Yugoslavia nel 1982 non si sa, ma i Divlje Jagode non rimasero degli emeriti sconosciuti ed evidentemente finirono a casa di qualche giovane Tytus. Il fatto che la band sia di Trieste, porta dell’Est Europa, ha certamente aiutato.
